Marvel Multiverse RPG Developer Update

Marvel Multiverse RPG Now on Discord
Players can now enjoy the Marvel Multiverse RPG directly within Discord. By starting a voice channel, selecting the Roll20 Activity via the Rocket Ship button, and choosing the Marvel Multiverse RPG from the Explore Tab, groups can seamlessly begin their adventures. This integration offers access to the free starter adventure "Enter: Hydra" and other purchasable adventures, including "Deadpool Role-Plays the Marvel Universe."
Jayme Boucher, Roll20 Senior Marketing Manager, highlighted the benefits of this integration:
- Enhanced Accessibility: Friends on Discord can start a game with a simple click, consolidating character sheets, maps, and dice rolls in one platform without the need for additional applications.
- Beginner-Friendly: Roll20 provides pre-generated characters and intuitive digital tools to guide newcomers through gameplay and rules. Tutorials and a supportive community further assist in the learning process.
- Community Engagement: Discord communities serve as excellent hubs for finding Narrators or fellow players. The Roll20 server and other online Marvel fan communities offer opportunities to connect and start playing promptly.
X-Men Expansion: Kindle Edition
The Kindle Edition of the X-Men Expansion is now available on Amazon, providing a digital format for enthusiasts. Marvel has also announced that the Kindle version of the upcoming Spider-Verse Expansion will be released simultaneously with its physical counterpart, catering to both digital and traditional preferences.
Updated FAQ and Errata
Marvel continues to refine the RPG by addressing player feedback through regular updates to the FAQ and Errata. Recent adjustments include:
- Rule Integrations: Incorporation of Energy Absorption, Lightning Actions, and modifications to Shield and Protection powers from Tony’s Workshop into the official rules.
- Trait Enhancement: Updates to the Enhanced Physique Trait for improved gameplay balance.
- Power Adjustments: Revisions to Telepathic Link and Network to ensure they function as intended.
- Clarifications: Additional explanations in the FAQ to address common queries.

Spider-Verse Expansion Character List
Production of the Spider-Verse Expansion has concluded, and Marvel has released the complete list of characters featured in this addition. The expansion includes a diverse array of characters from the Spider-Verse, such as:
- Heroes: Ghost-Spider, Silk, Spider-Man (Miles Morales), Spider-Man 2099, Spider-Man India, Spider-Punk, and more.
- Villains: Carnage, Green Goblin (various versions), Doctor Octopus, Mysterio, and others.
- Supporting Characters: Black Cat, Prowler, Madame Web, and more.
With this release, the Marvel Multiverse RPG now boasts over 400 characters across physical and digital formats, offering players an extensive roster to explore. Marvel encourages fans to share their excitement and favorite characters on social media, fostering community engagement.
